Insurance

Many of our patients have dental insurance. We will do our best to work with whatever plan you have, but please understand that  there are hundreds of benefit plans with thousands of exclusions. When we provide and estimate coverage, it is strictly an estimate — we cannot be responsible to understand each and every plan. It is imperative that you bring your insurance card to your first visit. The amount of coverage your policy gives depends on the plan you participate in. In most cases the insurance will not cover the full cost of services. We request that you be prepared to pay for the uncovered portion of services, including deductibles and co-payments, at the time of service.

We are preferred providers of: Advantica (formerly Essex), Delta Dental, Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Assurant, Aetna, and Metlife.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients’ convenience we have arranged a payment  plan through a third party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
